How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Our Shipping Costs & Delivery Times page explains the timetable in detail on a state-by-state basis.

How much do the shipping charges amount to?

Start from 5.90 euros for shipments in Italy! It depends on the weight and size of the product you order: any further information is detailed on our page Shipping costs and delivery times.

Is there free delivery above a shopping limit?

If you exceed 99 Euro of expense the consignment is free, unless the product ordered is not dangerous, needs a special shipment or exceeds the weight limits.

Is it possible to track my parcel?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a traceable service. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to follow your package step by step.

Is it possible to send an order abroad?

Of course, we ship orders all over the world! You can choose the country where to receive the package directly from the dropdown menu during the completion of the order. You can also choose between standard or express shipping (which involves additional costs).

PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER

I received a defective part, what should I do?

If you have received a defective item, contact customer service immediately by writing to info@papique.com or by contacting us on whatsapp number +39 328 681 4724 providing as many details as possible (order number, defect description, photos and/or videos in which the defect found is visible and clear). Customer service will respond as soon as possible and find a solution to the inconvenience.

Is it possible to add items to an order?

If the order has not yet been processed, your order can be modified. If the order has already been processed it is no longer possible to add other products to your order, you will need to place a new order.

I made a mistake with the delivery address, can I change it?

Of course, you can change the address by contacting our customer service directly info@papique.com . If the order has not yet been shipped we will modify it directly.

How do I request an invoice?

Invoices can be written via email to customer service info@papique.com or by indicating it at the time of the order, indicating all the billing data, the VAT number, the tax code and the unique code. All data entered during the order in the "billing address" item must correspond exactly to the invoice header, once entered it will not be possible to make changes. It will not be possible to make invoices payable to a person/company/address other than the one indicated in the order as the billing address. Therefore, Name and Surname, Company Name, address (street number, postcode and city) must correspond exactly to the invoice header. VAT number and unique code and tax code must be communicated via email together with the invoice request by writing to info@papique.com

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose whether to pay without any commission by credit card or PayPal. You can also choose to pay by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) at no additional cost, but this service is only valid for Italy.

Is it safe to pay with a credit card?

Certain! We use world-leading platforms for credit card payments. The security level complies with the highest industry standards and the Checkout is certified and all information is encrypted. No data from your cards will be saved by Papique.

When will a sold out product be available again?

Sold out products can be available again in a few days or after a few weeks. For this reason we recommend that you sign up to our newsletter to get previews of the products that will become available again. For more specific information you can always contact us.
