In the climate of euphoria that characterized 1848, Mazzini, at the end of May, wrote to Mameli that, with the success of “Fratelli d'Italia”, he was now considered the interpreter of national feelings. “Seize the first moment of inspiration… bellicose, popular; but also of an atmosphere of freedom and send me a hymn that becomes the Italian Marseillaise”. A few sentences that inspired me in the olfactory composition of Celebration. A celebratory essence of the 150th year of the unification of Italy, the perfume embodies the free spirit of the Italy of the Risorgimento.
The explosive richness of the citrus-green top notes are a hymn to the joy and patriotic spirit that animated the battles.
A great perfume, extreme and refined, with an unmistakable Italian elegance; a fantastic interpretation of the scents that can be perceived during a wandering in our magical peninsula. Wild flowers, harnesses, woods, aromatic shrubs, clean air, the silvery freshness of mountain streams and the salty smell of the coasts soar majestically and regal in this magnificent olfactory composition. A subtle blend of Mediterranean ingredients; Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian orange blossom and mandarin, Amalfi coast lemons, Tremiti Islands rosemary, Roman mint and olive blossoms from Gargano, Portofino verbena and rose, Florentine iris and narcissus, Sardinian myrtle and broom, Alpine oak moss and wormwood Artemisia, chamomile and mastic from the Po Valleys blended in a heart of Calabrian jasmine and a base of Cypress wood. A final touch of precious Ambergris infusion is the only exception to this sublime Made in Italy symphony.
