DS & DURGA DS EDP is a floral eau de parfum for men and women. An attar is created by co-distilling one or more plants with sandalwood in huge stills. The perfume is thus created at the very moment of extraction – a very different process than mixing the separate oils later, after they have been extracted. When all the plants gathered from the hills and jungles are cooked together, something alchemical happens. Attars are perfumes from another age. Formulations are passed down from generation to generation, and many are exclusive to a particular region. DS is a pure vision of India: Kashmiri saffron, frangipani, gardenia, yellow lotus and Damask rose with refined Sri Lankan sandalwood and vetiver.
