Summanus by Electimuss London is part of the 'Nero' collection and the niche scents that comprise it are inspired by Nero. This collection is unashamedly luxurious, opulent and artfully constructed. A poet, musician, artist and actor, Emperor Nero was renowned for his endless pursuit of pleasure. His reign was synonymous with extravagance and epicurean pleasures. Electimuss Summanus has been dedicated to the Roman god of Night Thunder, the Monarch of the Night. Celebrating Jupiter's often forgotten dark twin, this scent opens with fruity and spicy notes of cardamom, bergamot, orange, pine and ginger and blends into a sensual floral heart of rose, jasmine and cognac. Guaiac and tonka make up a slightly sweet and resinous base mixed with fragrant woods and light incense.

The Electimuss London aesthetic is unashamedly opulent. The glass bottles have the quality and feel of an antique decanter, with a heavy glass base, bevelled edges and a beautiful engraved base. The sun rays engraved on the base symbolise vitality, energy and power. Each collection has coloured glass: classic clear, polished glass, deep purple and an opulent black. The bottle is encased in a beautiful cape with an embossed rose gold metal shield. The falcon on the shield, representing intelligence, power and beauty, is surrounded by a Roman mosaic symbolising eternity. The cap borrows its shape from Roman architecture, mirroring Doric columns. It is solid, heavy and fits securely into the metal base. Electimuss London's jewelled perfumes are housed in luxurious leather cases sealed with an embossed rose gold metal shield.
